Our Newest Adult Residential Home
Opened September 2011, the Village Lane home is the fourth and last of the homes developed by WBHC for Golden Gate Regional Center consumers with significant medical and supportive service needs formerly living in hospital beds at San Francisco’s Laguna Honda Hospital. Similar to the Louvaine home, this home also provides private bedrooms for each resident, accessible entry & exit featuring a low-slope ramp, accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower, and wall-mounted lift systems in 5 rooms.

Louvaine Home, Daly City

Octavia Court Welcomes New Residents
On February 1st, 2011, Octavia Court opened its doors to excited residents. Octavia Court is the first HUD 811 apartment complex in San Francisco reserved for people with developmental disabilities. No one will pay more than 30 percent of their household income for rent and utilities combined — enabling people on fixed incomes to live in and enjoy San Francisco’s vibrant new Hayes Valley community. West Bay Housing developed Octavia Court with support from HUD, San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, Satellite Housing, Golden Gate Regional Center, and many other partners. We offer an on-site Resident Manager and Housing Services for all residents.
The Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held in April 2011.
